What does unlimited editing mean?
Unlimited refers to the number of editing requests you can submit. On Starter, we work through those requests one active project at a time.
It doesn't mean unlimited source footage, storage, simultaneous projects or unusually large or complex productions.
If something falls outside the standard Starter workflow, we'll let you know before work begins. Larger or more complex projects can still be accommodated and may require an additional fee or custom quote.
What counts as a project?
A project is one defined editing request based on an agreed brief and set of source footage — for example, a YouTube video, podcast episode or batch of related short-form clips.
If you're unsure how your footage should be structured, send it over and we'll help scope the most sensible workflow before editing begins.
What if my project is larger or more complex?
That's not a problem.
Starter is designed around standard editing projects with up to 500GB of source footage per project. If your project is larger, unusually complex or requires specialist production, we can still accommodate it.
We'll scope any additional cost or recommend the appropriate service before work begins — never after.
How do revisions work?
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the editing process. Send your feedback on the active project and we'll work through the agreed changes before moving it to completion.
If feedback changes the original brief or substantially expands the scope of the project, we'll let you know before carrying out any additional work.
What happens to my files after a project's finished?
Completed project files are stored for 30 days after completion, giving you time to download and archive anything you need.
If you require longer-term storage or additional data capacity, speak to us and we'll arrange the appropriate option.
How is Business / Agency different from Starter?
Starter gives you one continuous editing lane: you can submit unlimited editing requests, and we work through them one active project at a time.
Business / Agency is built around production capacity. Multiple projects can move simultaneously, with access to specialist editing capabilities, dedicated account/project management and a workflow designed to scale with your requirements.
If you're managing higher volumes or fulfilling content for multiple clients, we'll build the appropriate capacity around your operation.
Can I cancel?
Starter is month-to-month. Give notice at least seven days before the next renewal to stop the following month; the current paid month continues through its billing period.
